Cibao Real Estate Developers Turn to AI to Strengthen Sales Strategies

Artificial intelligence is becoming an increasingly important tool for the real estate and construction industry in the Dominican Republic’s Cibao region, where developers are looking to modernize sales processes and strengthen decision-making through data-driven technologies.

That trend was highlighted during the workshop “AI That Builds Sales: Digital Strategies to Succeed in the Construction Market,” organized by the Association of Housing Developers and Builders of Cibao (APROCOVICI). The event brought together business leaders, developers, and real estate professionals to examine how AI can be integrated into marketing, customer relationship management, and market intelligence.

Digital Tools for a More Competitive Market

The session was led by Mauricio Estupiñán, founder of Projection Digital Group, who emphasized that adopting digital technologies has become essential for companies seeking to remain competitive in an increasingly dynamic property market.

Participants explored several AI-powered platforms designed to improve commercial performance. Among the solutions presented were Delve.ai, which helps predict buyer behavior through data analysis; Crystal, which personalizes communication based on customer profiles; Conversica, an automated platform for following up with prospective buyers; and NetBase Quid, a market intelligence tool used to analyze large datasets and refine marketing strategies.

Live demonstrations showed how these technologies can help generate qualified leads, automate routine customer interactions, shorten sales cycles, and provide developers with deeper insights into changing market trends.

Industry Focuses on Innovation

Before the workshop began, Sandy Rodríguez, president of APROCOVICI, said the adoption of advanced digital tools represents an opportunity to modernize the region’s real estate industry.

Rodríguez noted that today’s market demands stronger data analysis, more efficient commercial processes, and increasingly personalized relationships with buyers—areas where artificial intelligence can provide measurable advantages. He also highlighted the importance of continued innovation as cities such as Santiago de los Caballeros, the Dominican Republic’s second-largest city, continue expanding through residential and commercial development.

According to Rodríguez, APROCOVICI plans to continue organizing training initiatives focused on technology and innovation to help construction companies adapt to evolving market conditions and maintain competitiveness within the Dominican Republic’s growing real estate sector.
