Santo Domingo Este, one of the fastest-growing municipalities in the Dominican Republic, is preparing to host its first real estate exhibition dedicated exclusively to the district. Organized by the Association of Builders of Santo Domingo Este (Acosde), the event aims to encourage residential investment while making homeownership more accessible through special financing opportunities.
The Acosde Real Estate Expo 2026 will bring together property developers, investors, financial institutions, and prospective buyers seeking information about new housing projects in the municipality. Organizers say attendees will have access to preferential mortgage rates and financing conditions available exclusively during the event.
Supporting a Growing Housing Market
The exhibition coincides with the second anniversary of Acosde, an organization representing builders in the Costa del Faro area, where residential and urban development has accelerated in recent years. The association says the expo is intended to strengthen confidence in the local real estate market while providing a platform for showcasing projects backed by its member companies.
In addition to promoting property sales, organizers emphasize that the event will offer reliable market information and direct access to industry professionals. Visitors will be able to learn about available residential developments, financing options, and investment opportunities in Santo Domingo Este.

Demand for housing has continued to increase across the eastern side of the Dominican capital, driven by ongoing urban expansion and infrastructure development. Riubell Montes de Oca, president of Acosde, said the construction sector is experiencing a period of sustained growth that is creating favorable conditions for new investment.
“We are experiencing a special moment of growth and expansion for our sector. This expo strengthens public confidence and creates new business opportunities,” Montes de Oca said.
Expo Scheduled for May 2026
The Acosde Real Estate Expo 2026 will take place from May 14 to May 17 in the Alma Rosa I neighborhood of Santo Domingo Este. During the four-day event, participating financial institutions and developers are expected to offer mortgage rates and financing incentives available only to attendees.
Organizers also encouraged construction companies that are not yet members of the association to join the organization as it seeks to strengthen collaboration within the sector and support the municipality’s continued urban development.
