The Baltimore Orioles defeated the Athletics 8-5, with Chris Bassitt earning the victory and Jeffrey Springs taking the loss. Cuban reliever Yennier Canó secured his third save.

Philadelphia beat the Los Angeles Angels 5-2, as Zack Wheeler improved to 11-5. Yusei Kikuchi was charged with the loss and Orion Kerkering earned his second save.

Miami completed the day’s schedule with a 6-2 victory over Washington. Dax Fulton earned the win and Max Kranick was the losing pitcher.
