HUB Cámara Santo Domingo 2026 To Connect 150+ Global Buyers
More than 150 international buyers are expected in Santo Domingo on September 10 for business meetings with Dominican companies seeking to expand their presence in overseas markets.
More than 150 international buyers will meet with Dominican companies on September 10 as part of the HUB Cámara Santo Domingo 2026 business rounds, giving exporters an opportunity to develop new commercial relationships and explore additional markets.
The meetings will be held at the Hotel El Embajador in Santo Domingo and will be coordinated by ProDominicana, the Dominican Republic’s export and investment promotion agency, together with the Santo Domingo Chamber of Commerce and Production.
Business Meetings Will Target Export Opportunities
The seventh edition of HUB Cámara Santo Domingo will organize previously scheduled one-on-one meetings between Dominican exporters and international buyers. The format is designed to connect companies with potential commercial partners based on their products and export capabilities.
Participating Dominican businesses represent a broad range of productive sectors, including food and agribusiness, technology, manufacturing, logistics, energy, construction and marketing. The range reflects the diversity of products and services being positioned for international markets.
For exporters, the meetings provide a direct channel to present their offerings, identify potential demand abroad and establish relationships that could develop into longer-term commercial partnerships.
ProDominicana Highlights International Interest
Vladimir Camilo Pimentel Florenzán, executive director of ProDominicana, said the participation of international buyers and Dominican exporters will help companies showcase their products, investigate new markets and establish business alliances.
Pimentel also pointed to the response from international participants as an indication of interest in learning more about Dominican products and the country’s export offer.
The event is part of ProDominicana’s broader role in facilitating connections between Dominican producers and overseas buyers. The agency currently promotes export opportunities across more than 150 destinations and provides business-to-business services intended to connect local companies with international counterparts.
Nineteen Mipymes Will Have a Dedicated Pavilion
A separate pavilion will feature 19 Mipymes that are clients of ProDominicana. These small and medium-sized businesses will be able to display their products while meeting potential buyers and commercial partners attending the event.
The inclusion of smaller businesses is particularly relevant for companies seeking to move from the domestic market into international trade. Direct contact with buyers can help exporters identify market opportunities and better understand the requirements of potential customers abroad.
HUB Cámara Santo Domingo has developed over more than a decade through cooperation between ProDominicana and the Santo Domingo Chamber of Commerce and Production. Previous editions have also used the event to facilitate business meetings between Dominican companies and international buyers.
The 2026 business rounds will take place over two days, with the focus remaining on commercial matchmaking between Dominican companies and buyers from international markets. For participating businesses, the event offers a concentrated opportunity to seek new customers and strengthen the country’s export pipeline.
