The parade is scheduled to begin at 2:00 p.m. at the Juan Pablo Duarte Olympic Center. The venue will open its gates to allow people to enter with their vehicles and gather before the procession begins.
Medalists Will Join the Celebration
The Ministry of Sports said Dominican athletes who delivered notable performances during the Games will participate in the event. The celebration provides an opportunity for the public to recognize the athletes behind the country’s medal haul on home soil.
Organizers have indicated that the parade will travel through major areas of Santo Domingo. However, a detailed street-by-street route has not been officially released, leaving the precise itinerary to be announced.
Parade Will End With Concert
The procession will conclude at Eugenio María de Hostos Park, where the sporting celebration will continue with a concert featuring several prominent Dominican performers.
The lineup includes Toño Rosario, Fernando Villalona, Yiyo Sarante, Bulin 47 and Sergio Vargas, bringing together artists from different generations of Dominican popular music for the closing event.
