The Casa de Campo Food & Wine Festival 2026 will bring international culinary talent and Dominican gastronomy together for its fourth edition, with a two-day program scheduled for October 9 and 10 at Casa de Campo Resort & Villas in La Romana.

The lineup features Michael Mina, Hubert Keller, Joe Isidori and Gabriel Tejada, representing different culinary traditions and generations. The festival will combine chef-created dishes, wine experiences, live demonstrations and opportunities for guests to interact directly with the featured chefs.

Four Chefs From Different Culinary Traditions

Michael Mina, a chef and restaurant entrepreneur and CEO of the MINA Group, will be among the festival’s international headliners. His career has included leadership of restaurants recognized for their contemporary approach to fine dining and an emphasis on culinary innovation.

French cuisine will be represented by Hubert Keller, an internationally recognized French chef known for his technical expertise, creativity and interpretation of classic French cuisine.

New York chef Joe Isidori, a third-generation member of a family with deep ties to the restaurant industry, will also participate. A Michelin-starred chef, Isidori combines his family’s culinary tradition with an individual approach to contemporary dining.

Dominican gastronomy will be represented by Gabriel Tejada, owner of TENÚ. His cuisine reflects international training while maintaining a close connection to Dominican ingredients and flavors, bringing a contemporary perspective on the country’s culinary identity.

A Culinary Weekend in the Caribbean

The festival’s programming is designed to go beyond a conventional tasting event. Guests will be able to experience dishes prepared by the participating chefs alongside a selection of wines, while live demonstrations and direct encounters provide a closer look at the techniques and ideas behind their cuisine.

The main experiences will take place at the Grand Tasting Pavilion at the Marina Riverside Center at Casa de Campo. The setting places the event within one of the Dominican Republic’s established luxury resort destinations, where gastronomy forms part of a broader leisure and hospitality offering for international visitors.

For travelers combining a Caribbean vacation with culinary experiences, the festival offers an opportunity to experience chefs from the United States, France and the Dominican Republic in the same setting. The inclusion of Dominican talent also gives the event a local dimension, connecting international fine dining with ingredients and flavors associated with the country.

Fourth Edition Expands Casa de Campo’s Culinary Offering

The 2026 edition continues Casa de Campo’s effort to position food and wine as part of its destination experience. Bringing together established international chefs and a Dominican chef allows the resort to showcase both global culinary traditions and contemporary local cuisine during a single weekend.

The fourth edition will take place on October 9 and 10, 2026. Reservations and additional information are available through Casa de Campo Resort & Villas.
